Your dashboard and the RUBIX office work together
The dashboard helps you keep your customer information and submitted payment references in one place. The RUBIX team remains responsible for reviewing applications, confirming vehicle approval and reconciling payments.
Payment reference tracking
After making a payment through the official Paybill, submit the M-Pesa transaction code requested by the dashboard. Keep the original confirmation message until the office has reconciled the transaction.
