Prepare for registration

What to have ready before you visit

RUBIX begins with an in-person customer registration. The initial documents help the office confirm your identity and create your customer record.

ID

Original National Identity Card

Bring your original National ID so the RUBIX team can check your identity in person and record the correct customer details for the application and agreement.

KRA

KRA PIN

Have your KRA PIN certificate or PIN details available for verification. Ensure the details you provide match your identity and registration information.

6M

Six-month bank or M-Pesa statement (where necessary)

RUBIX may request a recent statement covering the last six months to support income and affordability assessment. Provide either a bank statement or an M-Pesa statement if requested by the team. This is a supporting requirement only when applicable; it is not required from every customer at the initial office visit.

Vehicle information, when available

If you have already identified a vehicle, prepare its registration number, engine capacity, asking price, yard name and location, and any details or documents the yard can share. This gives the office a clear starting point for the valuation process.

After registration

From customer details to vehicle assessment

Registration opens the process; the proposed vehicle is then considered separately.

Customer record

The office records your details and completes the in-person identity check.

Vehicle review

You identify a vehicle and share its details for valuation and eligibility assessment.

Financing terms

If approved, the office explains the deposit, repayment amount and agreement for your review.
